Welcome to the Sienna Bridal FAQ page! We’ve compiled answers to some of the most common questions we receive. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, please feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

What types of bridal dresses do you offer?
At Sienna Bridal, we offer a wide range of bridal gowns, from classic styles to modern, fashion-forward designs. Whether you’re looking for a traditional ball gown, an elegant A-line dress, or something more contemporary, our collections feature options to suit every style and preference. We also offer plus-size gowns, custom-made dresses, and a variety of accessories to complete your bridal look.

Cancelled appointments are non-refundable 7 days prior to your booking. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment for you to a later date if you let us know before the 7-day cancellation period.
Fitted styles size 6-12 available in store. A-line styles size 6-14 available, BUT we currently have limited dresses size 12-14, but we are working on it!
We use only the very best designers and fabric, thus all our dress start at R24 000 for purchasing. We do not currently offer dresses for rent.
YES! We are happy to keep your dress in the store (depending on the condition on which it is returned) for 6 months. Please contact one of our consultants to discuss this option.
  • No photos allowed, but you are welcome to video call your best friend in the dress when you know you have found the one!
  • No children under 14 are allowed in the fitting
  • No more than 3 guests are allowed in the fitting
  • Your consultant will have a discussion with you and she will choose dresses on your behalf. You are welcome to WhatsApp us your inspirations or come with your photos of styles you would like.
  • You will be able to fit a maximum of 6 dresses.
  • If we have reached the end of our session, and you feel you would like to try on more of our gorgeous dresses, you are welcome to schedule another session at a discounted price.

We have many beautiful brides that we also have to accommodate, thus we unfortunately cannot schedule your appointment longer than the allocated time slot you have chosen, BUT you are welcome to schedule another session at a discounted price if you feel you still want to try on more dresses?

Yesterday (just kidding!). We suggest shopping for your wedding dress at least 8 months prior to the wedding to ensure your dress will arrive on time. It takes approximately 6-8 months for your dress to arrive, should there not be any unforeseen delays and if you require any alterations.
We require 70% deposit on the day you order the dress (remember to order at least 6 months before your wedding!). Full payment is required before we can release your dress.
Unfortunately, our dresses are only available for purchasing, but we do have an option whereby you are able to sell your dress back to us after the wedding.
No bra (or a nude bra if you are not comfortable). No shoes. Happy days.
We recommend bringing a few close family members or friends with you to your appointment to help you make your decision, but we ask that you limit your party to 2-3 people to ensure a more relaxed, enjoyable experience. This allows for personal attention and an intimate, focused fitting.

Our very skilled seamstress is on hand to assist you with all your alterations needs!

Minimal alterations like shortening your dress, taking it in a bit here and there. Alterations vary from R800-R3900 based on your body shape and size and any other requests.

Due to the custom nature of most of our gowns, all sales are final. However, we understand that selecting a wedding dress is a big decision, and we strive to ensure you love your gown. We strongly encourage trying on multiple styles during your appointment to make sure you’re happy with your choice. Yes! In addition to bridal gowns, we offer a beautiful selection of wedding accessories, including:

  • Veils and
  • Scarves
  • Headpiece
Currently, we offer in-store shopping by appointment only to ensure you receive personalized attention and expert assistance. However, if you see a dress you love online, feel free to contact us, and we can help you find it in our store or order it for you. We also offer virtual consultations if you’re unable to visit us in person.

After purchasing your gown, we recommend that you store it properly until your wedding day. Here are some tips for care:

  • Keep the dress in a garment bag to protect it from dust and dirt.
  • Avoid storing your dress in direct sunlight to prevent fading.
  • Hang the dress carefully (preferably on a padded hanger) to maintain its shape.
  • Don’t forget to schedule alterations ahead of time, as these can often require several fittings.
